Project Case Study
May Institute

Centers Transformed
To support May Institute’s growth, we assisted in identifying the ideal site for their new behavioral health center before leading the full design and construction process. By renovating two floors and expanding the facility with a ground-up addition, we created an environment that enhances care for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Our meticulous approach—from strategic planning and site selection to construction—ensures that every space fosters learning, therapy, and social interaction. This project marks the first in a portfolio of new centers for May Institute, setting the foundation for future expansion and innovation in behavioral health care.
